SnowBird – Re Bounce + OyeGo | @AmSnowBird
2016 OMA Award Best Male Artiste Of The Year winner and talented singer SnowBird counts his blessings as he adds another year today 22nd October. He cements the jollification with the release of two infectious singles Re Bounce and OyeGo.
The former is a lovely song that tells a true life story inspired by the life and time of African Music legend Fela Anikulako Kuti. A story of struggle, hardship, rejection, the only thing that keeps him going is the love and passion for the game, alas joy comes in the morning. “To all them that didn’t believe in us, we go do them Re-Bounce.”
The latter is equally one of the greatest carousal tune, a fusion of old skool sound with new skool vibes that perfectly compliments. As the name goes, Oyego referring to a delicacy well prepared and ready for consumption or as he uses the word Ofe Oyego(the soup is ready). Tracks were produced by Trez and Nutty2 respectively.
SnowBird had earlier featured in a motivational street hip hop song by french speaking Igbo rapper Masterman and he spiced up the hook utilizing his gold plated voice. Birdy is currently the most rated Imo based singer according to AIE rating.
